NOTE: Rates do not include a clean-up fee of $75.00 and lodging tax of 11%. The clean-up fee and taxes must be added to the base rates shown above. A damage and security deposit in the amount of $200.00 is required to secure a reservation. Minimum stay is three nights.  Renter must be at least 25 years old.
