The following policies apply to our condominium. If you have any questions regarding them, please feel free to contact us. Thanks in advance for you cooperation!

• There must be an adult in the unit.
• No smoking is allowed in the unit.
• No pets are allowed in the unit.
• Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM.
• Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
• The deposit will be refunded to you via mail after you leave the unit is a reasonably clean condition.
• You deposit will be refunded to you if we receive a written cancellation of the rental at least three weeks before your scheduled arrival date. Within the three week window, we can only refund the deposit if the unit is re-rented.
• Minimum stay is three nights.
• The full amount of the rental is due two weeks prior to arrival at which time a set of keys to the unit will be mailed to you.
• The unit is limited to a maximum of 6 occupants (including children).
